Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program
The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides an $80 benefit card (one-time distribution) to be used for the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables at participating farmers markets and roadside stands. It also supports local farming by increasing the use of farmers markets. Funding for this program comes from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Washington State.
Eligibility
To apply, all of the following must be true:
- Age 60+ (or age 55+ if you are American Indian/Alaska Native) by June 15, 2025
- Low income — no more than:
- $2,413 monthly ($28,953 annual) income for one person
- $3,261 monthly ($39,128 annual) income for two people
- For larger households, add $848 for each additional person
- King County, Washington resident (check King County zip codes)
You will not be able to submit this form if you are not eligible.

Selection Process
All eligible applications will be entered into a random selection process. Do not apply more than once, duplicate applications will be removed. If you are selected, you will receive your SFMNP card in the mail in June 2025.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD 3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
